We stock our warehouses primarily upon orders from Government medical stores, teaching hospitals, hospitals, clinics and private health facilities are key partners to our business.

The business has also acquired permits to put up an ultramodern sales outlet and office complex with additional storage capacity at Adabraka.

Warehousing and Materials handling

Warehousing and materials handling represents an integral part of logistics operating solution at Oson’s Chemist Ltd.

The company has two large capacity storage warehouses at Medie near Nsawam (2400 spm) and Tantra Hill (400spm ) in Accra, where bulk goods received from suppliers are stored. There are three wholesale outlets; two are located in Accra and one in Kumasi

Cold Chain Capacity

The company has a cold room with 40sqm floor space at the Medie and 20sqm at the Tantra Warehouse. There are fridges used purposely for storage of cold chain products at the sales outlets. The company also has a refrigerated cold truck. Cold chain is maintained throughout the transportation of the products from one place to another by using ice cold containers of various sizes with ice packs.

The company is pursuing a growth strategy mainly by expanding the distribution network through market development.
